1.  Booking Confirmation

• • A booking is only confirmed once availability is verified and a confirmation email is sent.
  • A full deposit must be made to secure your slot.

2.  Payment Terms

• • Payment must be made in full at least 48 hours before the booking.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card payment 
  • Overrunning your booked time may incur additional charges (billed in 30-minute increments).

3.  Cancellations & Rescheduling

• • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit, excluding the deposit if applicable
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may not be refunded.
  • Rescheduling is allowed once if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

4.  Studio Use

• • Please arrive on time. Set up and pack down must be completed within your booked slot.
  • The studio must be left clean and tidy. A cleaning fee may apply if left in an unsuitable condition.
  • Any damages to equipment, furniture, or the studio space must be reported immediately and may be charged to the booking party.
  • Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the studio.

5.  Equipment & Props

• • Basic lighting, backdrops, and props are available and included 
  • Equipment must be handled with care. Please ask if you are unsure how to operate anything.
  • Any damage or loss caused by misuse will be the hirer’s responsibility.

6.  Health & Safety

• • The hirer is responsible for the safety of all persons during the booking.
  • Fire exits must be kept clear at all times.
  • Please inform staff of any incidents or injuries that occur during your session.

7.  Liability

• • Perfection Reloaded Studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the hire period.
  • You are responsible for your public liability insurance if required.

8.  Photography Content

• • You are fully responsible for ensuring the legality of any content created within the studio.
  • No content that is illegal, explicit (without prior permission), or harmful to others may be produced on the premises.

9.  Code of Conduct

• • Respect our staff, equipment, and other clients using the space.
  • Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the session without refund.
